I can't begin to put into words the High Level of service this gentleman does. I sent in 2 PS4, one bad HDMI, the other ended up was a bad Chip. The HDMI he fixed at a great price and got sent back to and have been playing on it for weeks. Now the chip was a whole different animal. I had taken it to one of those chain stores and they had it for 2 weeks and got nowhere with it. So I sent in and it took a little longer for it but got it back and works flawlessly! I will be a permanent customer! The level of communication and wanting to check after I received the units to make sure everything worked as it should. This is a level of service you do not get anymore. Like I said I am a permanent customer!
